This is a vintage Anchor Hocking Star Burst Pressed Glass Butter Dish. Made in the 1960s, it holds the standard 1/4 lb stick of butter and goes perfectly with our Round Serving Platter of the same Anchor Hocking make & pattern.
All Beyond the Wildflower dishes are sealed with an FDA approved food safe resin, so you can use it exactly how it was intended! Our butter dishes are countertop only. Please do not put it in the fridge (room temp butter is more delicious anyway!). Our vintage glassware and the resin aren’t made for cold temps and modern-day fridges.
